FEI’s professional training policy is at the heart of its business development strategy.Each year, FEI offers its employees training in project management skills, as well as languages and the corporate culture. FEI also provides training for the French international technical experts in its employ.

 

Recruitment policy

 

FEI seeks experienced managers as well as young graduates.

 

At our head office, recruitment focuses primarily on jobs linked to project engineering and management (financial, technical and organisational aspects).

 

At the same time, FEI hires international technical experts all year round for its technical assistance projects and missions.FEI recruits experts of all nationalities from among the ranks of civil servants, public officials and private sector consultants or employees in France, Europe, and other countries.
